2024 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Dates: April 26 - 28, 2024

Location: YO Ranch Hotel 2033 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028

The hotel registration link will be on the confirmation page and payment confirmation page. Be sure to follow that link to reserve your room. Remember, if you are rooming with another instructor or a plus one, only one person needs to register for a room. Besides yourself, will anyone else attend with you? A registration fee is required for each person in attendance.

The registration fees do not include lodging. The fees are as follows:

Friday-Sunday $100 includes training, all meals, snacks and breaks

Saturday-Sunday only $75 includes training, lunch and banquet, snacks and breaks and Sunday breakfast

Saturday only $50 includes training, lunch and banquet

Any +1 that is not an instructor is $50 for the entire weekend.

Each participant will need to fill out a registration form. For example, if both spouses are Instructors/Participants, each must fill out a registration form.

Attendees will need to complete registration onsite upon arriving at the YO Ranch Hotel.

Onsite check-in will be available Friday afternoon, April 26th, from 4-9pm and Saturday morning, April 27, from 7.30-10am.
